For the first time in what feels like forever I am actually able to put my full attention on my own work.
But, alas... >__> Now I have no idea what to draw. Dx
So, I figured I'd work on something I already had in the works by making a drawing I did of Steve Rogers (Captain America) that will eventually find a place into my Stony Comic "Mementos". WIP, here.--->

Though, this particular piece was drawn to also stand on it's own.
And I LOVE the way this came out.

Much thanks go to Chris Evans for providing the face I drew off of.
And lucky for me, his face isn't nearly as hard to draw as Robert Downey Jr.'s....
*Head Desk* That man's face...such an odd shape, it is. *Turns to dust and floats away*
But, hey...
That's what makes drawing something like this so much fun. xD What good is doing something one is passionate about if there's no challenge?

Materials used to creat this piece...
-0.7 mechanical pencil
-Sharpie brand fine tip pen (in black)
-Drawn on 8x11 sheet computer paper
I like the hair - simple but impressionistic. I really love the buttons and folds on his shirt; they're realy difficult to make look natural. I like his expression, but they're seems to be something shallow about it...maybe add some more detail?
Overall, I think it's perfectly balanced and very well shaded. It looks exactly like ol' Steven. This is going in my favorites!
